We offer a range of contact centre services for multiple industries in multiple languages. Depending on the clients’ equirements, the services are provided using Voice, Email and Chat.

 

Initially HelloCorp provided round-the-clock customer support services via Chat for MSN 8.0 and AOL (America Online) customers in 2002 and 2003.

 

Presently we service a Super Luxury Resort Chain headquartered in Singapore in handling their Global Sales & Reservation operations on a 24 X 7 basis. Eighteen global toll-free numbers are answerd in English, French, German and Japanese languages at HelloCorp.

 

We have also specialized in providing web-based chat support for various other clients by handling the chat enquiries generated through their website visitors.
